Senior Crisis Management Analyst

The Crisis Management (Critical Event Management) Analyst Senior would support and report to the Business Continuity and Critical Event Manager. The individual will work closely with Internal customers, management, and information technology teams to support the global Business Continuity and Critical Event programs. The candidate must be well-rounded with proven business continuity and Crisis management expertise along with strong communication and project management skills.

Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
•Guide and assist the creation, testing, and maintenance of business continuity BIA, BC plans and Crisis Management Plans, Playbooks etc.
•Maintains Program lifecycle planning including completion of Business Continuity and Crisis Management Plans.
•Coordinate and conduct BIAs and BCPs, Scenarios workshops, tabletop exercises with business units
•Provide support for development and delivery of training on business continuity and crisis management.
•Partner and facilitate with the business units and management on a quarterly/annual base on testing of plans and playbooks.
•Perform business continuity, Crisis risk/impact assessments and track and report progress on, or achievement of risk reduction activities.
•Support development and maintenance of policies, standards, procedures, guidelines and assist the Business continuity and Critical event Manager with developing and maintaining KPIs, KRIs and KCIs, Scorecard, Heat map, and Executive Dashboard. Performance metrics; compile and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports and briefings to management, business and technology risk owners, and other audiences, as needed.
•Documentation of Crisis event in Archer. Providing minutes for BC/CM meetings.

Position Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field.
•5-7 years of experience in business continuity program and planning methodology
• Experience in business continuity planning; crisis management; cross-functional project management; internal communication; recovery tests and tabletop exercises.
•Active Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) preferred.
•Proficiency and experience in performing Business continuity/Crisis risk/impact assessments in fast-paced environments.
•Experience in researching and supporting development of business continuity and Crisis management policies and standards.
•Experience using eGRC platform (Archer) is highly desirable.
•Experience developing Business continuity/Crisis risk performance metrics and reporting dashboards for executive, business and technical audiences.
•Solid verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
•Team player; demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships and effectively communicate with management, Business managers and IT operations employee.
